The wines are produced from the estate's 100 hectares.The move to modern winemaking like picking by night , drip irrigation and cool fermentation has placed the Estate as one of the leaders of the region . The whites are particularly fresh , the Sauvignon zesty and the Chardonnay clearly showing its character. The reads and rose are bursting with fruit , with nice freshness and soft tannins.
