We love working with growers like Nicolas , a man with no compromise , always determined to chieve the very by using simple but clean practices.He was one of the first in the region to go back to manual work, ploughing, no weed-killers,manual harvesting .He doesn't like oak and his wines are kept a long time in vat on their lees to give them more rovhness and texture without the need for oak.
